The SG-16 and SG-20 Series low-speed breaking machines are high performance, easy-to-use and reasonably priced guide and product breaking machines.
They can be used for guide recycling in plastic injection machines (as robots, conveyors or manual feed), they can also be used in the micro-sized plastic inflation and extruder machines for the recycling of filters.
With its property of working at low speed, it does not create dust, it is silent and its blades do not get eroded easily (even in glass fiber-reinforced materials).
The SG-16 series has a rotor of 16 cm, and the SG-20 series has a rotor of 20 cm; and the other technical specifications have been provided in the enclosed pdf document.

With a rotor diameter of 16 cm and with multi-blade design consisting of 3 rows on the rotor, the SG-16 series offers three alternative models with 21, 28, 35 cm blade sizes, with the placement of the blades which are 7 cm long each in a row in 3s, 4s or 5s. These models are SG-1621, SG-1628, and SG-1635. SG-16 series are generally suitable for guide and small wastes.
SG-20 series are designed as rotor diameter 20 cm and 3 normal single blades on the rotor in two models with 28 cm and 42 cm blades. These models are SG-2028 and SG-2042. SG-20 series are generally suitable for big-sized wastes that have thick walls and wedge-shaped.
